Left lung

Upper lobe: Apical posterior, anterior, superior lingula, and inferior lingula.
Lower lobe: Apical, posterior basal, anterior medial basal, and lateral basal.

Right lung

Upper lobe: Anterior, posterior and apical.
Middle lobe: Medial and lateral.
Lower lobe: Posterior basal, anterior basal, medial basal and lateral basal.

The middle lobe bronchus is at the same level of the apical lower lobe segment. The segments below this are the right posterior basal, anterior basal, medial basal and lateral basal.
